We did a maternity shoot for our first child and an announcement shoot for our second child with Gerard W Photography. We love how patient and caring Gerard is. I had very difficult pregnancies and was not feeling my best at the shoots but thats not noticeable since G really captures beautiful shots and moments. Gerard even captures those sweet moments that you’re not even thinking about as well. He also works w/ us on a plan and follows through for a seamless yet memorable occasion. Booking Info & Policies
How It Works
Before we create something beautiful together, here’s everything you need to know about booking, rescheduling, image delivery, and usage. These details help ensure a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
A 30% retainer is required to secure your session or event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before. A signed digital contract will be emailed upon booking.
Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a new date with 72+ hours’ notice. One complimentary reschedule is allowed. If the photographer must cancel, a full refund or reschedule will be offered, plus 10% off.
Please arrive on time. After a 15-minute grace period, lost time may be deducted from the session.
Sneak peeks within 72 hours. Full gallery delivered in 2–3 weeks. Rush delivery available in 3 days for +$150.
All packages include a personal-use license for sharing and printing. Commercial use requires a separate license.
